Agreement to Terms

- Are in full compliance with all federal, state, and local laws governing the purchase and possession of research chemicals in your jurisdiction
Phoenix Peptide Labs reserves the right to refuse service to any individual or entity that does not meet these eligibility requirements.
Research Use Only
All products sold on this site are strictly designated Research Use Only (RUO). By completing a purchase, you explicitly acknowledge that:
- Products are not intended for human or animal consumption, injection, ingestion, or any form of therapeutic use
- Products are not FDA-approved drugs, dietary supplements, or medical devices
- Products are intended solely for in vitro research and laboratory use in controlled settings
- You bear full and sole responsibility for ensuring your use of purchased materials complies with all applicable laws and regulations
- Phoenix Peptide Labs makes no representations regarding the safety or efficacy of any product for human or veterinary use
Misuse of purchased products is a violation of these Terms and may constitute a violation of federal or state law.
Orders & Payment
Order Acceptance
Placing an order on our Site constitutes an offer to purchase. Phoenix Peptide Labs reserves the right to accept or reject any order at its sole discretion, including orders from buyers we have reason to believe will misuse products.
Pricing
- All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD)
- Prices are subject to change without notice
- We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and cancel affected orders
Payment
- Payment is due in full at the time of order
- We accept the payment methods listed at checkout
- By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge the full amount to your selected payment method
- Phoenix Peptide Labs does not store full credit card or payment details on our servers
Order Confirmation
An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs upon shipment of your products.
Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are shipped to U.S. addresses only unless otherwise stated
- Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed
- Risk of loss and title for purchased products passes to you upon delivery to the carrier
- Phoenix Peptide Labs is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control
- You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address; we are not liable for orders lost due to incorrect addresses
Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Due to the nature of research-grade chemical products:
- All sales are final unless a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect
- Eligible return/replacement requests must be submitted within [X] days of delivery
- Returns must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase
- We reserve the right to request photographic evidence of damaged or defective items before issuing a replacement or refund

Phoenix Peptide Labs does not accept returns for reasons related to buyer misuse, regulatory changes, or change of mind.
Buyer Conduct & Prohibited Activities
You agree that you will not:

- Misrepresent your qualifications, identity, or intended use at the time of purchase
- Use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its systems
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to extract data from the Site without express written permission
- Post false, misleading, or defamatory content in any communication with Phoenix Peptide Labs
- Attempt to circumvent any security, eligibility, or verification measure on the Site
Violation of any of the above may result in immediate order cancellation, account termination, and referral to relevant authorities.
